Project Description

The Eastbourne is located at 280 Albert Street, East Melbourne and is positioned at the top end of Fitzroy Gardens. Jacaranda worked with Mirvac and completed multiple joinery works throughout the residence.

Wall and door panelling was installed throughout amenity areas, including the luxurious pool, gymnasium, steam room and lift lobby areas. In theatre room Novawall has been applied to assist with room acoustics.
