About Us

Jacaranda supplies and installs commercial joinery, acoustic solutions and specialized finishes.

Working with many different materials to create unique joinery and special features such as ceiling and wall panels, allows us to be recognized as a key industry leading contractor in specialized finishes.

Jacaranda was formed in 2003 and is based at North Shore Geelong. Now after our twentieth year, we have grown to a team of over 130 skilled professionals across manufacturing and project delivery, who have together delivered high end projects including Melbourne Conservatorium of Music, The VRC Club Stand at Flemington Racecourse, The Eastbourne, Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre and most recently Bendigo Law Courts.

We are a Grow Victoria (Region 21) Signatory, supporting outcomes for people facing barriers to employment and supporting the local community economy of Geelong. We are a leader in social procurement, and are seen as an industry Ambassador, presenting to industry and peers about our journey and learnings.

Our inclusive workplace is a tapestry of rich experience and diverse perspectives, employing 10% of our people from disadvantaged backgrounds, supporting gender equality, providing opportunities for our team members with disabilities, and employing apprentices that work within our manufacturing team and installation team.

Jacaranda has partnered with Yurringa, who address the inequality and disadvantages faced by many indigenous people, to strengthen our already impressive cultural and diversity strategy with Indigenous employment, mentoring and cultural training.

As a team, we fulfill our commitment to our clients with our whole HEART, which are our core values of honesty, excellence, accountability, respect and teamwork. We love to take on a challenge and thrive where we can offer real solutions and new thinking.
